Owner / Principle 

Reach was founded by Jessica Hughes a filmmaker from Lincoln who has been working in London for the past 5 years. Jessica has made videos for pop sensation VV Brown, Games of Thrones and olivier award winner Kerry Ingram and indie pop band Fickle Friends. Jessica has made short films, feature films, music videos and commercials for some of the most prestigious companies as well as having a background in performing arts. Jessica has always loved working with children and thinks its time that Lincolnshire's talent gets discovered. Singing Teacher / Vocal Coach

Jake studied BA (Hons) Applied Drama and Music at Bishop Grosseteste University. He has always been passionate about Music and Drama and has been involved in Performing Arts from a very young age. Jake is currently training to be a Primary School Teacher and working with children is something that he thoroughly enjoys. Jake has managed to turn some of our most shy performers into confident singers and has a great attitude and energy around the children making them feel comfortable.


Dance Teacher

Hannah began dance lessons at the young age of three. She has always had a passion for dance and between the ages of 15-18 she attended the East Midlands Centre for Advance Training in Contemporary Dance.  Hannah is a registered dance teacher graduating with a BA (Hons) in Ballet Education from the Royal Academy of Dance.  This gave her many performance opportunities including MOVE IT 2014 & 2015. Whilst studying and teaching in London Hannah decided to combine her dance with fitness and trained with Darcey Bussell to become one of her DDMIX instructors! 


Drama Teacher

Jordan has been involved in the performing arts since the age of 5 and has years of experience both performing and making theatre. Jordan is a university of Lincoln graduate with a BA (Hons) and Masters degree in drama. Alongside working as a freelance director and composer, Jordan is also an associate lecturer in musical theatre at Lincoln University. Jordan is also part of The Backpack Ensemble a local theatre company touring work across Lincolnshire and to other parts of the country. Helping create a new generation of young performers has always been one of the most rewarding parts of teaching for Jordan and he is excited that he gets the opportunity to do that at Reach.


Marketing / Performance Coach 

Daniel's life has always revolved around performing and entertaining. He has developed a wide range of performance skills from performing on stage most weekends. Daniel has worked with world recognised talented performers and gone on to see them have fantastic careers, some now have celebratory status. If Daniel can help someone get from A to B he will put his heart and soul into making that happen. His passion is music and being a singer songwriter, having managed his own band from songwriting to directing music videos as well as managing a small sold out tour at the engine shed.
